Sinterflex Coating Systems
Sinterflex facade coating systems offer different and practical solutions for a wide variety of application areas (interior, exterior facades, wall, floor, special system applications) thanks to their unique product features. Sinterflex facade coating system is an environmentally friendly ceramic coating produced with an environmentally friendly technology. Lightweight, aesthetic, smooth surface, 65 times better thermal insulation than concrete and iron components, resistant to fire, acidic solvents and stains. Sinterflex panels are a newly developed and very advanced technology and the main features of the system are that it is 3000×1000 mm in size, 3 and 5 mm thick, light and fire resistant.
It can be easily cut in desired sizes suitable for all kinds of projects. Sinterflex facade coating systems offer a brand new perspective for architecture and building technologies, enabling the creation of modern living spaces and the implementation of new ideas. One Sinterflex slab weighs approximately 21 kg (7 kg/m2). Before installation, the back surface of the Sinterflex plate is laminated with fibers and epoxy resin. Sinterflex Facade Coating System is applied in two different ways as Hidden Clip and Adhesive Systems.

Types of Sinterflex Coating
1. Mechanical Hidden Clip System
Anchors are fixed to the facade plane in accordance with the prepared project. Carrier aluminum clips are fixed on the T type profiles with YSB screws on the horizontal axes specified in the project and EPDM wick is inserted into the wick slot on the clips. Carrier hanger profiles are glued under and above the back surface of Sinterflex material with the help of polyurethane. Sinterflex plate is fixed on the carrier profile with the help of aluminum clips (vertical joints should be 3-6 mm).
2. Mechanical Adhesive System
Sinterflex panels are mounted to the aluminum carrier profile with auxiliary temporary tape and high-strength polyurethane-based adhesive that does not lose its elasticity at -40° to +100°.
