Fibercement Facade Systems

Fibercement technology, which is produced as a result of the search for materials suitable for the requirements of the new age in exterior facade coating, can offer many superior features in a single material. It is homogeneous with its fibrous structure that is not affected by water, has superior heat and water insulation properties and does not contain asbestos. It has a structure that you can process and shape like a fabric on your facades. Floor moldings, jambs and eaves coverings, which are the most important decorative elements in exterior facade coating, can be produced with fibercement facade coating slabs that can be easily cut and painted in the desired color. The visual richness you can bring to your facade with Fibercement can only be limited by your imagination.

  • Facade coating applied on the exterior of the buildings envelops the building like a shell.
  • The coating made from the outside protects the buildings against external influences.
  • By increasing the thickness of the coating materials to be used in facade wall coating applications, an increase in heat saving is provided.
  • Facade coatings have a longer service life.

It is applied with 2 different methods, namely Screw and Riveted System. Of these, the screw system is applied with 4 different systems in itself.

Types of Fibercement Facades

1. Screw System with Mechanical M and J Profile

In the screw system with M and j profile, firstly, L brackets are mounted on the wall surface such as existing aerated concrete / brick / pumice on the wall surface plumb, in line with the wall surface with the help of steel dowels with a spacing of 70 cm vertically. L brackets should be attached to the floor at 60 cm intervals for structures between 0-8 m and 40 cm intervals for structures between 8-20 m.

Then, stone wool and moisture barrier are installed to provide thermal insulation and waterproofing in accordance with the project. Specially developed J profiles are attached to the channels of L brackets horizontally with an axis of 100 cm, leveled and fixed with trapezoidal screws. And on the fixed J Profiles on the axes specified in the project: (60cm-40cm-30cm), M profiles are screwed vertically with Trapezoidal Screws and fibercement sheets are screwed and fixed on M profiles. After pasting the screw heads and joints of the slabs, the assembly process is completed by painting.

2. Screw System with Mechanical M and Box Profile

In the screw system with M and box profile, firstly, on the wall surface such as existing aerated concrete / brick / pumice, L brackets are mounted on the wall surface with the help of steel dowels with a spacing of 70 cm vertically. L brackets should be attached to the floor at 60 cm intervals for structures between 0-8 m and 40 cm intervals for structures between 8-20 m.

Then, stone wool and moisture barrier are installed to provide thermal insulation and waterproofing in accordance with the project. Specially developed box profiles are attached to the channels of L brackets horizontally with an axis of 100 cm, leveled and fixed with trapezoidal screws. And on the fixed box profiles on the axes specified in the project: (60cm-40cm-30cm), M profiles are screwed vertically with trapezoidal screws and fibercement sheets are screwed and fixed on M profiles. After pasting the screw heads and joints of the slabs, the assembly process is completed by painting.

3. Screw System with Mechanical T Profile

In the screw system with T Profile, first of all, L brackets are mounted on the wall surface such as existing aerated concrete / brick / pumice on the wall surface with the help of steel dowels with a spacing of 70 cm vertically. L brackets should be attached to the floor at 60 cm intervals for structures between 0-8 m and 40 cm intervals for structures between 8-20 m.

Then, stone wool and moisture barrier are installed to provide thermal insulation and waterproofing in accordance with the project. T profiles specially developed for L Bracket channels or anodized aluminum T profiles in accordance with the sensitivity of the project are installed in the axes specified in the project: (60cm-40cm-30cm), leveled and fixed with trapezoidal screws, and fibercement sheets are screwed and fixed on the T profiles. After pasting the screw heads and joints of the slabs, the assembly process is completed by painting.

4. Screw System with Mechanical DCC Profile

In the screw system with DCC Profile, firstly, on the wall surface such as existing aerated concrete / brick / pumice, L brackets are mounted on the wall surface with the help of steel dowels with a spacing of 70 cm vertically. L brackets should be attached to the floor at 60 cm intervals for structures between 0-8 m and 40 cm intervals for structures between 8-20 m.

Then, stone wool and moisture barrier are installed to provide thermal insulation and waterproofing in accordance with the project. Profiles specially developed for L Bracket channels are installed in the axes specified in the project: (60cm-40cm-30cm), leveled and fixed with trapezoidal screws, and fibercement sheets are screwed and fixed on DCC profiles. After pasting the screw heads and joints of the slabs, the assembly process is completed by painting.

5. Mechanical Riveted Mounting System

Painted and pattern printed products are assembled with a riveted system. In this system, no painting process is performed on the construction site. In the riveted mounting system, firstly L anchors are mounted on the wall surface with the help of steel dowels. Then, stone wool and moisture barrier are installed to provide thermal insulation and waterproofing in accordance with the project. L anchor channels are fitted with specially developed T profiles or anodized aluminum T profiles in accordance with the sensitivity of the project, leveled and fixed with trapezoidal screws. The holes of fibercement slabs with a thickness of at least 8 mm are drilled on the ground in accordance with the profiles. After the slabs are placed on the profiles to be assembled, new holes are drilled from the holes to the profiles. The rivets are painted in the same color as the slab and assembled with a riveting machine and the process is completed.
