Ceramic Coating Systems

Ceramic facade coating system; It is applied together with the carrier aluminum construction in the false parts of the buildings. Ceramic facade coating systems are preferred materials for interior and exterior facades due to their high abrasion and impact resistance, low water absorption, stain resistance, easy installation, resistance to external weather conditions, and many color and size options.

After the selection of the preferred ceramic or granite material in the system, heat insulation is provided on the false facades of the building, and the sub-carrier of the system is integrated into the building as an adhesive, clipped, hidden channel, polyurethane hanger, and multi-clip system on aluminum construction. Granite & Ceramic Facade Coatings are stain-resistant, are not affected by atmospheric changes and have a very high heat resistance. Types of Ceramic Coatings

1. Mechanical Adhesion System

Another installation method of ceramic facade coating is adhesion. It can be applied smoothly on the exterior facades of buildings with a maximum height of 30 meters. The ceramics are mounted to the aluminum carrier profile with auxiliary temporary tape and a polyurethane-based material with high strength without losing its elasticity at -40 to +100. The joints can be applied as open or closed. It can be mounted with open joints or closed joints as per demand. In the Closed Joint System, in addition to the open joint application, special type aluminum profiles in the desired RAL color are mounted in the vertical and horizontal joints of the coating material and the gaps between the joints of the material are closed.

2. Mechanical Clip System

It can be applied on the facades of multistorey buildings. The porcelain tiles are mounted on clips that attach the vertical carrier aluminum profiles mounted on each vertical joint axis. It is an open joint system. Joints in the range of 4-8mm can be used.

The system not only protects all kinds of building facades against external weather conditions, but also saves energy with its application method that allows heat, water and sound insulation. It is an economical and reliable system applied by mounting the ceramics to the carrier aluminum profiles together with stainless steel visible clips and EPDM wicks. It can be used in all kinds of sizes.

Granite ceramic tiles, which have the desired performance characteristics in exterior facade coating materials such as high impact resistance and surface hardness, stain resistance, water absorption, zero atmospheric conditions, together with the advantage of lightness against natural stone coating materials, are assembled on their own special construction after the stone wool laid in front of the wall of stone materials of various qualities.

3. Mechanical Hidden Channel System

The clips, which are attached to the 4 dovetail-shaped channels drilled into the porcelain tiles, are mounted to the horizontal supporting aluminum profiles mounted on the vertical supporting aluminum profiles. Can be applied on the exterior facades of multistorey buildings. Minimum 4mm joint gap is used in the open joint. It is generally applied to materials with dimensions of 60×60cm, 60×120cm, 50×100cm. The system protects all kinds of building facades against external weather conditions and saves energy with its application method that allows heat, water and sound insulation. 4. Mechanical Polyurethane System

Can be applied on the exterior facades of multistorey buildings. Porcelain tiles are mounted to horizontal aluminum profiles by spraying polyurethane sealant and clipping. In this system, a caste is formed between the tiles on the vertical. Suitable for all sizes. Vertical joints are made into a closed system by applying 5 or 8mm aluminum joint profile. The system not only protects all kinds of building facades against external weather conditions, but also saves energy with its application method that allows heat, water and sound insulation.

5. Mechanical Multi Clip System

The ceramics are attached to quadruple multi clips mounted on the vertical carrier aluminum T Type Profiles. It is an affordable system that can be used in all sizes.
